A memory screen is a tool meant to evaluate your memory health and get a brain health baseline. It consists of three short tasks that look for any indicators of possible changes in memory. It only takes 10-15 minutes and the results are confidential. Additional times available upon request. Home visits available. There is no cost for this service.
