Notice of Hearing – Discontinuance of a Public Way in the Town of Superior

 

A public hearing will held be held by the Town Board of the Town of Superior at Town of Superior Hall on December 1, 2021, at 6:45 p.m., to discuss a proposed action to commence discontinuance of the following described town road initiated by petition under s. 66.1003 (2), Wis. stats., specifically: 528 feet of Short Cut Road starting at the intersection of State Highway 35 and going west located within Government Lot 3 and PT SE NE, E of RR 33-48-14, Section 33, all in Township 48 North, Range 14 West, Douglas County, Wisconsin, depicted upon Road Vacation Map.
