Project: Replacement of Heating System – Superior Town Hall 4917 S State Road 35, Superior, WI 54880
Notice is hereby given by the Town of Superior, Douglas County, WI, that it will receive sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the existing gas boiler with new natural gas boiler, including necessary plumbing and electrical work to tie into existing piping and existing wiring.
Scope: Remove and replace one Electro Industries 23Kw boiler and pump, include necessary plumbing and electrical work to tie into existing piping and existing wiring to maintain off-peak electrical service.
Install Magnetic Separator Filter to existing heating system piping.
Heating area dimensions:
Main Hall – 62’ X 42’ with 15’ vaulted ceiling
Office Area – 32’ x 42’ with 8’ ceiling
Contractor must remove and dispose of all replaced equipment.
Provide:
- Proposed project start date
- Proposed completion date
Bids must be received by Noon on September 15, 2025. Mailed bids should be sent to Carolyn Jones, Town of Superior, 4917 S State Road 35, Superior, WI 54880.
