  1. Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Notice is given that a majority of the members of the Town of Superior Board of Supervisors may be present at the meeting, and although this may constitute a quorum of the Town of Superior Board of Supervisors, the Board will not take any action at this meeting.
